Individual subscriptions
Individual subscriptions are available to home addresses only and are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. The reselling of individual subscriptions is prohibited. Individual subscriptions are payable in advance by personal cheque or credit card. Subscriptions are based on a calendar year (January - December). Customers who place an order after the release of the first issue will receive all issues published in the current calendar year retrospectively.
