Membership to Association for the Study of Food and Society (ASFS) for individuals
Food, Culture & Society is available to individuals through membership to ASFS. Membership is based on a calendar year and includes 4 issues of the journal. Please select the appropriate membership category from the table below if you would like to join ASFS or renew your membership. Customers who pay their membership dues after the release of the first issue will receive all issues published in the current calendar year retrospectively.
Student membership:
If you join as a student please email a copy of your student ID to Andrea Hodgins at Turpin Distribution. We are not able to process any student memberships until proof has been received.
Joint membership:
In order that members of the Society who are partners, living at the same address, do not have to have TWO copies of the journal, we have introduced a joint membership rate for partners, enabling both to remain members of the Society with only one paying the membership rate. Full details of the second member not paying should be forwarded to Jennifer Berg in order to receive all other memership benefits.
