RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS

Translations
Berg welcomes requests from publishers around the world to translate and publish our material.  Please contact Veruschka Selbach for more information or to request a reading copy of one of our titles.  If the translation rights are available for your selected title we will be happy to grant you a three-month option period in which to consider the book for translation.  Please note that Berg can only enter contract negotiations with a registered publishing company. 

Permission: Republication
For permission to republish any Berg material in print or electronic format please direct your request to Terry Fisher.  In order for your request to be processed quickly and efficiently please include the following details:

Full details of the material you wish to use (Title, Author, Page References)
Full details of your publication (Title, Author, Republication Format (print, electronic etc), Print-Run, Publication Date)

Please note that requests for third party material republished within our titles should be directed to the original copyright holder.

Permissions: Classroom Use
All academic course use requests should be referred to the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) for processing. Berg has authorised CLA to grant permission for reproducing our materials and to collect royalty fees on our behalf. Please contact CLA directly:
